wed fitness was great except for the damn machine tat killed everyone. we ran 4.4km tat day.i MANAGED TO COMPLETE IT.i havent ran long dists for soo long.nat trng i always gav up the run cos im too lazy. i kept blowing my nose while i run.it's disgusting but i hav no choice.i rather to be disgusting n complete the run w the team than to be seen as unfit cos my nose has the ability to make me feel like puking.aft the run i went to the toilet to blow my nose n ya puke the disgestive juice.hahah.i felt good aft the run.i feel as tho i had a good rest and was energized.i was dead tired b4 the run but aft the run i was super energetic!hahahah.
